    摘要:

    提出在軸承滾道內(nèi)注入納米化學(xué)研磨劑對(duì)軸承摩擦副表面進(jìn)行化學(xué)研磨處理,。對(duì)研磨機(jī)理、研磨劑材料的選擇和作用以及加工工藝進(jìn)行了論述,,對(duì)研磨前,、后的軸承切片表面形貌進(jìn)行多參數(shù)試驗(yàn)測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明,,納米化學(xué)研磨法能快速改善軸承滾道和滾動(dòng)體的表面形貌,,使軸承摩擦副表面獲得優(yōu)良摩擦學(xué)性能,降低噪聲,、減小振動(dòng)值。

    Abstract:

    A novel method was proposed to improve surface quality of bearing friction pair with nanometer grind technology. Using special nanometer material, mechanical grind and chemical abrasion were implemented at the same time. The grinding mechanism, characteristics of each grinding materials, and processing technology of new method were accounted in detail. With quantity of experiments on different kinds of bearings, measuring and analyzing surface morphology of friction pair, it is found that the chemical grinding method could effectively improve bearing's surface morphology, reduce running vibration and noise, and increase bearing's quality.
