    摘要:

    在一臺(tái)四缸柴油機(jī)上進(jìn)行了二甲醚(DME)與柴油混合燃燒試驗(yàn),。在燃料供給系統(tǒng)中附加二甲醚燃料預(yù)混合供給系統(tǒng),，二甲醚通過(guò)混合器與空氣預(yù)混合后隨空氣進(jìn)入氣缸,，柴油由原燃油系統(tǒng)供給,。研究結(jié)果表明：柴油與二甲醚混合燃燒時(shí)，隨著二甲醚量的增加,，燃燒始點(diǎn)提前,，二甲醚早燃現(xiàn)象明顯，導(dǎo)致發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作粗暴,，燃燒性能惡化,；在二甲醚中加入30%以上的著火抑制劑（LPG），可以有效推遲著火時(shí)間,，控制燃燒始點(diǎn),。

    Abstract:

    An experimental study on blended combustion for dimethyl ether (DME) with diesel was carried out for a 4-cylinder diesel engine. DME was premixed with air through a mixer and then was entered the cylinder. Diesel was supplied by original fuel system. The experimental results show that the autoignition is advanced with more DME and the preignition is obvious, which leads to the engine operation roughness and combustion deterioration. When the ignition inhibitor (LPG) added into DME is exceeded 30%, it can retard the autoignition and control the start of combustion effectively.  
