    摘要:

    針對空氣懸架控制中的問題,,采用Fuzzy—PID復(fù)合控制技術(shù),即把模糊推理運(yùn)用于PID參數(shù)的整定,,對半主動空氣懸架加以研究,。設(shè)計(jì)了Fuzzy—PID控制器,,用于半主動空氣懸架1/4車輛模型控制的Matlab/Simulink仿真模擬和臺架試驗(yàn),。仿真模型中借助S函數(shù)和Fuzzy Inference System Toolbox構(gòu)建Fuzzy—PID模塊,,仿真結(jié)果表明:與傳統(tǒng)的PID控制仿真比較,,該控制策略下的半主動空氣懸架能降低簧上質(zhì)量加速度和懸架動行程,具有較好的魯棒性,,使車輛平順性有一定程度的提高,。臺架試驗(yàn)與仿真結(jié)果基本吻合。

    Abstract:

    The Fuzzy—PID complex technology was adopted to solve the control technical problem of air suspension. The fuzzy reasoning was applied to the self-tuning of PID parameters, and the research was conducted on semi-active air suspension. A Fuzzy—PID controller was designed, which was used in Matlab/Simulink simulation and bench test of 1/4 model of the semi-active air suspension. A Fuzzy—PID module was constructed with S function and Fuzzy Inference System Toolbox in the simulation model. Compared with the traditional PID control, the control of the semi-active air suspension could be used to reduce the sprung mass acceleration and suspension action itinerary with better robustness advantages, and improve ride comfort. The simulated results agreed well with the testing data. 
