    摘要:

    通過設(shè)置導(dǎo)禾器和疊加式驅(qū)動機構(gòu),,將雙動刀往復(fù)式切割器應(yīng)用于全喂入稻麥聯(lián)合收獲機,。建立了雙動刀切割器與驅(qū)動機構(gòu)的參數(shù)計算式,應(yīng)用Matlab軟件對切割圖進行了數(shù)值分析,,對單,、雙動刀切割器進行幅頻對比測定,。結(jié)果表明,疊加式驅(qū)動機構(gòu)可縮小驅(qū)動機構(gòu)外伸寬度,,不影響全喂入聯(lián)合收獲機開道作業(yè),,導(dǎo)禾器可解決無護刃器切割器的導(dǎo)禾和橫向切割支承問題。雙動刀切割器的絕對速度是單動刀等行程的2倍,,平均切割速度可達1.58m/s,,且切割器慣性力相互平衡;應(yīng)用雙動刀切割器可提高全喂入聯(lián)合收獲的作業(yè)效率并降低由振動引起的故障,。

    Abstract:

    A double knife section reciprocating cutter was applied in a whole-feeding rice-wheat combine by setting a standing grain leading device and a stacked drive mechanism. The various parameters calculation equations of double knife section reciprocating cutter and drive mechanism ware established. The numerical analysis of cutting diagram was carried out with Matlab and the contrast determination of amplitude-frequency between single and double knife section reciprocating cutter was obtained. The results show that the stacked drive mechanism can shorten its own protractile width and not affect first travel operations of the whole feeding combine. The standing grain leading device can solve the grain leading and horizontal supports of the cutter without blade protection. The absolute velocity of double knife section reciprocating cutter is the twice of that of the single knife. The average cutting velocity is 1.58m/s. The double knife section reciprocating cutter can improve the efficiency of the harvesting operations and lower the trouble due to vibration.  
