摘要:

以優(yōu)化可配置產品的綠色性能為目標，在產品族功能結構映射的基礎上,，將環(huán)境性能納入產品配置設計的考慮范疇,，給出了一種面向綠色設計的產品優(yōu)化配置方法,。從拆卸性能,、回收性能、使用壽命以及環(huán)境影響4個方面對產品族內部結構單元的綠色性能進行量化分析。在對量化結果進行規(guī)范化處理的基礎上，以可配置產品的綠色性能最優(yōu)為目標,，建立了優(yōu)化數學模型，并給出了相應的求解算法,。以某立式銑床主軸箱的配置設計為例,，對該方法進行了驗證。

Abstract:

Targeting on optimizing green performance of configurable product, taking environment performance into consideration of product configuration design, a green design oriented product optimizing configuration method was given based on product family function-structure mapping. The quantified analysis was given to green performance of product family inner structure unit from four aspects: disassembly performance, recycle performance, lifespan and environmental influence. On the foundation of standardizing quantified results, targeting on the optimized green performance of configurable product, an optimized mathematic model was established and the corresponding algorithm was given. Finally, the configuration and design of spindle box of a vertical milling machine was exemplified to validate the method.  
