Based on the three-parameter Barlat-Lian yield criteria, the aluminum alloy auto panel strength beam forming was simulated by Dynaform software. The data of max equivalent stress and max thinning were acquired by designing the draw bead section punch radius and the draw bead depth. The mathematics model between max equivalent stress, max thinning and draw bead section punch radius, draw bead depth, was built by multivariate nonlinear regressing. The multivariate nonlinear objective model was transformed into single objective model using the weighting function method, then the mathematics model was optimized and the optimized draw bead section values were obtained. Finally, the auto panel was simulated again based on the optimized result and the simulated results showed that the result was available.
