計及車架彈性的低速汽車動力學模型分析

以某低速汽車為例，針對整車在40 km/h行駛速度下出現(xiàn)的垂向振動問題,，在將車身視為剛性體的單質點和多質點模型的基礎上,，建立了該低速汽車的多質點且計及車架彈性的1/2整車動力學模型,；并在整車道路試驗及車架試驗模態(tài)分析的基礎上,，運用理論分析,、仿真模擬相結合的方法,，對3種模型進行了仿真分析和研究,。計算結果與試驗結果吻合，表明將車身視為彈性體是有必要的,，并且明確了單質點剛性車身和多質點彈性車身模型的適用范圍分別為

Abstract:

0～10 Hz和10～20 Hz,。The low speed vehicle has been selected as prototype and analysis has been done with the theory of vehicle vibration, because in the condition of good roads and empty loads at the speed of about 40 km/h, this truck vibrated distinctly. Then three different kinds of vehicle vibrating models were established. According to the truck’s road test and modal test, and the theory of vehicle vibration, the simulation of these three models was made, and the results were analyzed. It proved the results of simulation well agreed with the experiment. The frame should be considered as elastic. The frequency for the single particle rigid frame is 0～10 Hz and 10～20 Hz for the multi-particle elastic frame. 
