    摘要:

    針對(duì)目前滴灌技術(shù)研究向低能耗方向發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),,為降低滴灌系統(tǒng)成本,,基于計(jì)算流體力學(xué)兩相流CFD數(shù)值計(jì)算,,進(jìn)行了新型的微壓抗堵灌水器結(jié)構(gòu)CAD設(shè)計(jì),,并應(yīng)用微PIV系統(tǒng)測(cè)量研究其內(nèi)部流動(dòng)特性,,著重進(jìn)行了微流道兩相流PIV測(cè)量和分析,。結(jié)合高精度激光快速成形技術(shù)(RP&M),,建立了微壓滴灌灌水器快速開發(fā)平臺(tái),,制作微壓灌水器實(shí)驗(yàn)件并進(jìn)行其水力性能及抗堵性能分析,,經(jīng)過回歸分析得到微壓滴灌灌水器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)水力性能經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,,為設(shè)計(jì)新型抗堵微壓灌水器提供理論依據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the development trend of drip-irrigating study toward low energy consumption and low cost at present, CAD structural design of new anti-clogging emitters with lower water pressure was conducted by using CFD(computational fluid dynamics) numerical simulation on two-phase flow, and micro-PIV system was utilized to investigate the flow behaviors in various labyrinth channels. Based on rapid prototyping manufacturing (RP&M), a rapid development platform for new drip emitters with lower water pressure was established. Hydraulics performance and anti-clogging experimental analysis was performed in order to summarize formulas of structural parameters versus hydraulics performance by means of regression analysis. It would provide a theoretical base for new emitters with lower water pressure design. 
