    摘要:

    采用二次回歸通用旋轉(zhuǎn)組合設(shè)計(jì)方法,,建立了排種器性能指標(biāo)與排種盤參數(shù)間關(guān)系的回歸方程,并對(duì)試驗(yàn)因素與性能指標(biāo)的影響規(guī)律和趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,在播種京豐甘藍(lán)種子的條件下,為保證排種器具有較高的單粒指數(shù)和較低的重播和漏播指數(shù),,排種盤型孔的直徑應(yīng)為2~3.5 mm,、型孔深度為2.2~3.6 mm,清種氣流流量為0.4~0.55 m3/h,。以排種器單粒指數(shù)最大為目標(biāo),,以重播和漏播指數(shù)最小為約束條件求得優(yōu)化參數(shù)組合為排種盤型孔直徑2.4~3.5 mm、型孔深度2.8~3.4 mm,,清種氣流流量

    Abstract:

    0.46~0.55 m.3/h,。Applying quadrate regression experiment with general rotary design method, mathematical models that described relation of seed dispensing criteria and influence factors of the metering device were established, and the impacting tendency and regularity of influence factor on seed dispensing criteria were analyzed. Experimental results showed that higher single seed index with lower multi-seed and missing seed index could be achieved for Jingfeng cabbage seed when cell diameter and sell depth of metering disc were 2~3.5 mm and 2.2~3.6 mm respectively, and air current amount was 0.4~0.55 m3/h. With the maximum single seed index as goal and the minimum multi-seed and missing seed index as constrains optimal parameters of the disc cell was determined as diameter is 2.4~3.5 mm, depth 2.8~3.4 mm, and air current amount 0.46~0.55 m3/h. 
