    摘要:

    通過對鼓式制動器慣性制動時蹄鼓摩擦接觸狀態(tài)分析,考慮接觸副摩擦因數(shù)溫度特性,,以EQ1208車后橋鼓式制動器為例,,對建立的鼓式制動器熱—機耦合三維有限元模型進行了慣性制動工況數(shù)值仿真,,得到了鼓式制動器耦合瞬態(tài)溫度場仿真結(jié)果,。A測試點溫升試驗結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果對比,,兩者變化趨勢相同,,且吻合較好,。對在慣性制動工況下的鼓式制動器溫升主要影響因素(車速和道路坡度)進行了仿真分析,。

    Abstract:

    By way of analyzing the frictional contact status of the drum brake and taking the temperature model of frictional coefficient into account, the thermo-mechanical coupling numerical simulation of the established 3D finite element model for the rear wheel’s drum brake of commercial vehicle EQ1208 is carried out for the inertia brake operation. Then the simulation results of coupling transient temperature field of the drum brake are obtained. Though the A point temperature-rising results comparison between test and simulation, the variation trends of them are coordinate and the simulation results are accurate. It is indicated that the 3D thermo-mechanical finite element model are fit well. At last the main influence elements(vehicle velocity and road grade)of the brake temperature rising for the inertia brake operation are analyzed. 
