    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了液力變矩器液壓系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)理論算法設(shè)計(jì)出各個(gè)閥體的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,。采用ITI-SimulationX仿真軟件建立了某液力變矩器液壓系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)仿真模型,。對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了仿真分析，并把仿真分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,。結(jié)果表明,，仿真模型能夠較好地與試驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果吻合,。分析了液力變矩器液壓系統(tǒng)壓力和流量的仿真結(jié)果，以及液壓系統(tǒng)不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)特性的影響,。

    Abstract:

    The new hydraulic system of torque converter was designed. The dimension structure of valves was designed by theoretical calculation. The dynamic simulation model of hydraulic system of torque converter was established. Then the dynamic characteristics of the system were simulated. The simulation results and the test results from the test bench were compared to validate the simulation model. The results show that the simulation model can match the real system very well and the simulation model was validated. The effects of different parameters of the hydraulic system on the characteristics of the system were analyzed, and also the effects of different parameters of the hydraulic system on the characteristics of the system were analyzed.
