    摘要:

    闡述了蘋果定位和翻轉(zhuǎn)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法與原理。設(shè)計(jì)了一種蘋果專用輸送機(jī)構(gòu),，該機(jī)構(gòu)在輸送蘋果的過程中完成蘋果的定位,，并實(shí)現(xiàn)不同直徑蘋果以近似相同的角速度均勻翻轉(zhuǎn),，以便蘋果分級(jí)機(jī)進(jìn)行圖像采集和處理。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,，該機(jī)構(gòu)能夠完成蘋果的定位和翻轉(zhuǎn),，圖像采集結(jié)果能夠滿足分級(jí)要求,。

    Abstract:

    The method and principle of apple orientation and turnover were described. An apple conveyer and turnover mechanism were specially designed to accomplish the orientation of different diameter apples and turn them over by the approximately same angular speed in order to collect and process the images of apples for apple grading in next step. Experiment results indicate that the mechanism could accomplish apple orientation and turnover, image collection results can meet grading requirement.
