    摘要:

    通過(guò)多方位多層次結(jié)構(gòu)組合實(shí)現(xiàn)多維隔振時(shí),，其結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,、難度大，因此提出以反向?qū)ΨQ布置雙直角Stewart機(jī)構(gòu)及上,、下平臺(tái)組成多維隔振裝置,，利用一層結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)多維隔振，建立了自由振動(dòng)方程并進(jìn)行求解,。由解看出,，該裝置固有頻率在5?Hz以下,，振動(dòng)衰減較快。使用該裝置,，仿真可實(shí)現(xiàn)沿坐標(biāo)軸的3個(gè)移動(dòng)和繞坐標(biāo)軸的3個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),，加速度傳遞系數(shù)均小于1。依據(jù)所推導(dǎo)的公式,，確定該裝置的剛度系數(shù),、阻尼系數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸，可將該裝置用于多維隔振,。

    Abstract:

    A vibration isolation device is proposed to absorb multidimensional vibration. The device is composed of double Stewart mechanisms, up-platform, and down-platform. It provides an easy way of multidimensional vibration isolation. The kinetic equation is derived from motion analysis and force analysis. Its roots show that the innate frequency of the device is lower than 5Hz and the vibration of the device attenuates rapidly. ADAMS simulation and experiment prove that the device absorbs multidimensional vibration very well. So it can be used in vibration isolation when its stiffness coefficient, damping coefficient and the sizes are designed according to the formulae derived.
