    摘要:

    為了選擇動力總成合適的懸置位置,,建立了某型柴油機機體,、變速箱和動力總成的有限元分析模型,,并分別分析了其動態(tài)特性,,得出中間懸置點設(shè)置在飛輪殼上優(yōu)于設(shè)置在離合器殼上,。通過改變懸置位置,,發(fā)動機振動烈度由3.92mm/s減小為3.20mm/s,,動力總成振動烈度由4.13mm/s減小為3.43mm/s,。實驗結(jié)果說明,,合理選擇動力總成的懸置位置有利于降低發(fā)動機對車體的振動能量輸入,,進而提高車輛乘坐的舒適性。

    Abstract:

    In order to choose the reasonable powertrain mounting locations, the finite element models of a certain type of engine block, transmission and powertrain were established, and their dynamic characteristics were analyzed separately. The results show that the middle mounting point located on flywheel is better than which on clutch shell. Engine vibration severity has decreased from 3.92mm/s to 3.20mm/s, and powertrain vibration severity has decreased from 4.13mm/s to 3.43mm/s by changing the mounting locations. The experimental validation shows that reasonable choice of powertrain mounting locations is useful to reduce engine vibration transmission and increase ride comfort.
