    為研究陶瓷球固體熱載體與粉狀生物質(zhì)之間的換熱規(guī)律,,以90℃陶瓷球,在1.0,、1.2和1.4kg/min質(zhì)量流量下與室溫生物質(zhì)粉在垂直下降管散體顆粒換熱實驗臺上進行了熱交換實驗,,通過熱平衡分析確定了不同陶瓷球流量下生物質(zhì)粉總吸熱速率中對流換熱,、導(dǎo)熱各自所占的比例,。研究表明熱傳導(dǎo)在生物質(zhì)粉吸熱升溫過程中占61%~87%,;當(dāng)陶瓷球流量從1.0kg/min增大到1.4kg/min時,,熱傳導(dǎo)所占的比例減小,,而對流換熱所占比例增大

    Abstract:

    19%以上,。In order to investigate the heat exchange principle between the ceramic balls heat carrier and biomass powder, heat exchange experiments were conducted with ceramic balls of 90℃ at 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4kg/min and biomass powder of ambient temperature in a vertical down tube heat transfer reactor. The percentages of heat conduction and heat convection of the total endothermic flux of the biomass powder were determined at different ceramic balls mass flow by heat balance analytic method. The results indicate that the heat conduction was the dominant heat transfer mechanism which reached 61%~87% during the heat exchange between the solid heat carrier and biomass powder. The heat conduction ratio decreased distinctly and the heat convection increased over 19% when the ceramic balls mass flow increased from 1.0kg/min to 1.4kg/min. 
