    摘要:

    根據(jù)伺服閥工作特點(diǎn),、設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試的需要,,以積分分離PID作為控制算法,,優(yōu)選了伺服閥伺服控制系統(tǒng)的控制參數(shù),,構(gòu)建了數(shù)字控制器。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)控制效果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,,分析了控制器控制參數(shù)對(duì)其性能的影響,,給出了選擇原則。通過(guò)試湊法,,當(dāng)取比例系數(shù)為5.3,、積分時(shí)間常數(shù)為0.35、微分時(shí)間常數(shù)為3.0時(shí),,閥芯位移的上升時(shí)間小于6ms,,得到較好的控制效果。

    Abstract:

    Performance of nozzle-flapper servo-valve driven by piezoelectric bimorph is decided in a great extend by the parameters of control system. Proposed a new control method of the integral separate PID for a piezoelectric hydroelectric servo-valve based on working mode of the servo-valve and the need to debug, a digital controller is designed based on the optimal control parameters of control system of the servo valve. The control effect is investigated through experiments, and how control parameters effecting on performance of servo-valve is analyszed. Response time of servo-valve is less than 6ms when the proportion coefficient is 5.3, integral coefficient is 0.35 and differential coefficient is 3.0. Consequently, it is shown that the digital controller can meet the needs of designing and improving the servo-valve. 
