    摘要:

    為確定柴油機(jī)散熱系統(tǒng)的空氣流量及空氣流速分布規(guī)律,,以研究散熱性能和風(fēng)扇風(fēng)道幾何參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,建立了風(fēng)扇風(fēng)道幾何尺寸參數(shù)化計(jì)算的冷卻風(fēng)道鍵合圖模型,。通過分析風(fēng)扇的尺寸和空氣動(dòng)力性能,,應(yīng)用鍵合圖方法分析風(fēng)扇風(fēng)道的功率損失,,建立了系統(tǒng)模型,,系統(tǒng)模型參數(shù)均為元件幾何參數(shù)及空氣特性參數(shù),,提出了散熱器出風(fēng)口風(fēng)速分布預(yù)測(cè)方程,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了以風(fēng)扇轉(zhuǎn)速為輸入的散熱器風(fēng)道的流量計(jì)算及出風(fēng)口風(fēng)速分布預(yù)測(cè),。樣機(jī)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)風(fēng)速測(cè)量實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,風(fēng)速分布預(yù)測(cè)的誤差均值為0.87%,,誤差方差為0.0052,,風(fēng)扇風(fēng)道流量模型可作為冷卻系統(tǒng)空氣流量的估算方法。

    Abstract:

    A bond graph model was established for the air-flow calculation of the diesel engine's heat dissipation system, to find out the relations between the design parameters and system's heat dissipation performance, especially when there was a lack of supportive data. By overall consideration of influences of the fan's parameters and the aerodynamics on the system's final performance, the bond graph was applied to calculate the power-loss during the process. Then a mathematic model of power flow with the design parameters of geometric parameters and air characteristics, where the flow-rate of the radiator's air duck could be calculated according to the fan's rotational speed. Formula of air speed distribution was also proposed that matched the data from field test. The bond graph model of the fan-channel is proved to be an effective estimation method of flow rate.
