    摘要:

    對某車用柴油機機體進行了三維實體建模和網(wǎng)格劃分,,采用有限元整體分析與子模型分析相結(jié)合技術(shù),以ABAQUS為平臺進行機體強度有限元分析,,確定了氣缸體應(yīng)力集中部位,,提出機體結(jié)構(gòu)改進方案,。在此基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用MSC.Fatigue軟件對改進前后的水套根部子模型進行疲勞強度分析,,結(jié)合應(yīng)力測試實驗驗證改進效果,。實驗結(jié)果表明,氣缸體加筋改進后,,水套根部交接位置應(yīng)力降低

    Abstract:

    11%~46%,。3-D finite element models and meshes of the cylinder in a certain vehicle diesel engine were established. With the combination of finite element analysis and submodel technology, ABAQUS software was used to carry out finite element strength analysis on engine block. Then the stress concentration position was determined and structural improvement of cylinder block was proposed. Based on this, MSC.Fatigue software was adopted to calculate fatigue strength of the water jacket basement submodel before and after modification, and stress test was done to validate the effect. The experiment results indicated that the stress of water jacket basement reduces from 11% to 46% after adding stiffening rib to the cylinder.
