    摘要:

    對(duì)影響撥指鏈?zhǔn)椒稣崞鞣銎鸷蟮狗堑脑O(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)：前進(jìn)速度、下鏈輪轉(zhuǎn)速,、扶蔗器導(dǎo)軌傾角和扶蔗器導(dǎo)軌偏角進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),。通過四因素三水平正交試驗(yàn)和單因素試驗(yàn)，并利用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)方法建立了影響扶起后倒伏角的數(shù)學(xué)模型,，探討了扶蔗器的運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)扶起后倒伏角的影響規(guī)律,，并優(yōu)化了設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明：4個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)撥指鏈?zhǔn)椒稣崞鞯姆銎鸷蟮狗蔷哂酗@著影響,，參數(shù)最優(yōu)組合為：下鏈輪轉(zhuǎn)速與前進(jìn)速度應(yīng)符合關(guān)系式n=-1599.618v2m+1609.678vm,，導(dǎo)軌傾角為60°，導(dǎo)軌偏角為

    Abstract:

    10°,。A finger-chain type sugarcane-lifter was studied. The orthogonal and single experiments were conducted to study the following factors: advancing velocity vm, rotational speed of driven sprocket n, lateral-angle βof slideway and oblique-angle αof slideway. The mathematical models for the two evaluations index which contained lodging angle after lifting and different factors were constructed by using the method of mathematical statistics. And the parameters of the sugarcane-lifter were optimized. The results of experiments showed that these four factors had significant impact on lodging angle after lifting. The optimal parameters were as following: the function between rotational speed of driven sprocket n and advancing velocity vm was n=-1599.618v2m+1609.678vm, the obliqueangle equaled to 60° and the lateral-angle equaled to 10°. 
