    摘要:

    構(gòu)建了遺傳算法與Levenberg-Marquardt算法相結(jié)合的混合遺傳算法,,用于求解根系吸水模型參數(shù),。分別進(jìn)行數(shù)值試驗(yàn)和棉花根系吸水試驗(yàn)對(duì)混合遺傳算法求解精度進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。數(shù)值試驗(yàn)表明,,采用混合遺傳算法優(yōu)化求解根系吸水模型參數(shù)的優(yōu)化值具有較高的精度,含水率資料的時(shí)間步長和空間步長對(duì)根系吸水模型參數(shù)的優(yōu)化精度有較大影響,,在實(shí)際中時(shí)間步長可取值5~10d,,空間步長取值5~10cm。對(duì)室內(nèi)棉花根系吸水進(jìn)行模擬分析,,結(jié)果表明混合遺傳算法求解的根系吸水模型可以很好地模擬根系吸水,。該方法可用于求解根系吸水參數(shù)。

    Abstract:

    The hybrid genetic algorithm combined with Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm was established to estimate root water uptake model parameters. A series of numerical experiments and root water uptake were conducted to verify the model. The results indicated that the optimized value of the root water uptake model parameter optimized model with the hybrid genetic algorithm has a higher precision. The time and space interval of soil water content had a great influence on the root water uptake model parameter's optimized precision. In practice, it is recommended to choose 5~10d for time interval and 5~10cm for space interval. Furthermore, the inverse method was applied to simulate the average root water uptake rate distributions of cotton. The simulated results showed that the optimized model solving the root water uptake model can simulate the root water uptake of cotton, to solve the root water uptake parameter.
