    摘要:

    為實(shí)現(xiàn)在設(shè)計(jì)階段對(duì)車輛傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)性能進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),，以目前廣泛應(yīng)用的液力機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的組成和工作原理為基礎(chǔ),，提出了可閉鎖式液力變矩器和換擋離合器兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵部件級(jí),，以及整個(gè)系統(tǒng)級(jí)虛擬樣機(jī)建模方法，并進(jìn)一步分析建立了相對(duì)應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,。以起步工況試驗(yàn)的動(dòng)力輸入特性和操縱方式作為模型的輸入條件對(duì)其進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,。通過仿真與試驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果對(duì)比，表明所建立的模型正確,、合理并具有較高的精度,。

    Abstract:

    A modeling method for virtual prototyping models of hydrodynamic torque converter with locked function, shifting clutch and vehicle transmission system was presented, and dynamics models were also established by analyzing the models based on the configuration and the principle of a hydro-mechanical transmission system widely used in vehicle transmission, to predict the performance of vehicle transmission system in design phrases. The virtual prototyping models were validated by the power input character and operating manner of start process test. Contrast of the simulation and test results shows that the virtual prototyping model is correct, reasonable and has higher accuracy. 
