    摘要:

    由電渦流緩速器和汽車(chē)主制動(dòng)器構(gòu)成的聯(lián)合制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中,變化的制動(dòng)力分配系數(shù)導(dǎo)致控制單元設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜,。因此,,分析了電渦流緩速器轉(zhuǎn)子盤(pán)和制動(dòng)盤(pán)以及制動(dòng)鼓在不同制動(dòng)工況下的溫度變化過(guò)程,,建立了聯(lián)合制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)制動(dòng)力分配的優(yōu)化函數(shù),,確定了制動(dòng)力分配系數(shù)的具體數(shù)值為0.7。在虛擬多坡度道路上進(jìn)行了制動(dòng)過(guò)程的模擬計(jì)算,結(jié)果表明具有優(yōu)化制動(dòng)力分配系數(shù)的聯(lián)合制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的電渦流緩速器轉(zhuǎn)子盤(pán)溫度和主制動(dòng)器的制動(dòng)盤(pán)及制動(dòng)鼓的溫度都處于較低的水平,且變化趨勢(shì)一致,。

    Abstract:

    The temperature change processes of functioning parts of the united braking system consist of eddy-current retarder and primary brakes were analyzed to put forward the optimal function for the braking force distribution of the united braking system, and the value of the braking force distribution parameter was suggested. The braking process simulation of an actual passenger car on a virtual multi-gradient ramp was carried out, and the results showed that the final temperature of eddy-current retarder rotor and disc brakes and drum brakes of the united braking force with optimal distribution parameter is relatively low, and varies in a uniform trend. The optimal result of braking force distribution parameter can be refered to for the engineering practice requirements.
