    摘要:

    應(yīng)用數(shù)值計(jì)算和試驗(yàn)研究相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)車輛傳動(dòng)裝置密封環(huán)的熱負(fù)荷特性進(jìn)行評(píng)估,。根據(jù)傳動(dòng)裝置漲圈型密封環(huán)的工作特點(diǎn),,確定了密封環(huán)傳熱規(guī)律,提出了密封表面摩擦熱的計(jì)算方法,,獲得了傳熱過(guò)程的邊界條件,。模擬實(shí)際運(yùn)行工況,,采用熱-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合方法對(duì)密封環(huán)整體的溫度分布、熱應(yīng)力,、變形量,,以及溫度隨工況的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算。利用研制的動(dòng)密封綜合性能試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)對(duì)比論證和相關(guān)研究,。結(jié)果表明,,所提出的熱負(fù)荷評(píng)估方法使傳熱過(guò)程的模擬更加符合實(shí)際的工作狀態(tài),能準(zhǔn)確有效地預(yù)估密封環(huán)在熱負(fù)荷下的性能,。

    Abstract:

    A coupled method based on numerical computation of heat transfer and experimental analysis was presented to estimate thermal loads on seals of the transmission. According to the working conditions of sealing rings, the transfer rule in the sealing system was investigated. Then the method to calculate the frictional heating of seal end face was put forward. Selecting reasonably boundary conditions on seal and simulating the actual operations of transmission, thermal responses such as temperature field and distribution, thermal deformation, and their variable curves between pressure and rotating speed were obtained by numerical computation of heat transfer. An experimental investigation was performed in the dynamic sealing performance test rig, by comparison of numerical and experimental results to enable an assessment of the accuracy level. Experimental results indicated that the predicted data agree well with test data. This estimation method can accord with the actual working mode, and has excellent reliability to predict sealing performances under thermal loads. 
