    摘要:

    針對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)筒干燥苜蓿的莖葉垂直分離原理,,基于90℃左右干燥氣流的風(fēng)速條件,,應(yīng)用CFD技術(shù)對(duì)三回程苜蓿干燥分離轉(zhuǎn)筒出口附近的氣流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了模擬和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),。通過速度云圖分析,,獲得了在總體結(jié)構(gòu)不變的情況下中筒末端和外筒末端之間相對(duì)適宜的尺寸,。通過氣流場(chǎng)速度矢量分析,,提出了改進(jìn)莖葉分離效率的方案,。

    Abstract:

    The vertical separation principle of alfalfa in alfalfa rotary drum dryer was studied, and the wind field of separation exit of the three pass rotary drum dryer was optimized by using CFD based on the range of separation velocity when the gas temperature was about 90℃. An optimum structural dimension between the bottoms of the middle and outer drums of a triple pass rotary drum dryer, modified to achieve drying and leaf-stem separation of alfalfa in one process, was recommended based on the CFD simulation results of a series of the contours of velocity and wind field of velocity vectors at different dimensional conditions. 
