    摘要:

    迷宮流道對(duì)滴灌灌水器的水力性能有較大影響,，設(shè)計(jì)出合理的流道形式并快速制造出試驗(yàn)樣件是加速開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品研制周期的關(guān)鍵,。利用先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)（CAD）和數(shù)控加工技術(shù)（NC）制造出迷宮流道試驗(yàn)樣件,通過改制加工刀具，用刀尖的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸來控制流道幾何尺寸,，從而解決了流道尺寸測(cè)量難的問題,。采用微流控芯片的制作方法,，對(duì)基片進(jìn)行熱鍵合，能快速將迷宮流道設(shè)計(jì)思想轉(zhuǎn)化成試驗(yàn)樣件,，并完成水力性能實(shí)驗(yàn),，實(shí)現(xiàn)迷宮流道的快速定型。

    Abstract:

    Labyrinth channels have a great influence on the hydraulic performance of the drip irrigation emitter. With the help of CAD and NC, sample piece of the labyrinth channels was produced. The application of refined machining-tools resolved the problem of measuring the channel size. The methods of hot modeling and hot embossing process were used to achieve the fast design and manufacture of labyrinth channels. 
