    摘要:

    選取主要農(nóng)作物固體廢棄物為研究對(duì)象,,綜合考慮其熱力學(xué)特性以及成型設(shè)備工程技術(shù)參數(shù),,對(duì)農(nóng)作物的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料與煤的能量學(xué)進(jìn)行了比較研究,。結(jié)果表明,,對(duì)于秸稈類的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料,,由于其生產(chǎn)耗能高,,僅當(dāng)煤從生產(chǎn)地到使用地之間的輸送距離超過4000 km時(shí),,此類固體廢棄物致密成型燃料與煤具有近似同等的能量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,;而對(duì)于果殼類的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料,,其生產(chǎn)耗能較低,臨界輸送距離較短。當(dāng)煤從生產(chǎn)地到使用地之間的輸送距離超過2200 km時(shí),,基于果殼類的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料比煤更有能量?jī)?yōu)勢(shì),;當(dāng)煤從生產(chǎn)地到使用地之間的輸送距離處于1500~2200 km時(shí),基于果殼類的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料與煤具有近似同等的能量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,;當(dāng)煤從生產(chǎn)地到使用地之間的輸送距離小于1000 km時(shí),,則基于果殼類的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料失去了能量?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)。

    Abstract:

    Based on thermodynamic properties of agro-residues and engineering parameters related to briquetting equipment, the energetics of densification briquetting fuel from main agro-residues in China was compared with that of coal. The results indicated that energy required for producing densification briquetting fuel from agro-residues straw is so high that this type of briquetting fuel had similar energetically advantageous to coal for locations at a distance of above 4?000?km. In contrast, densification briquetting fuel from agro-residues husk consumed lower energy consumption and had a smaller critical transport distance. More specifically, densification briquetting fuel from agro-residues husk was found to be more energetically advantageous, similar energetically advantageous, and less energetically advantageous than coal for locations at a distance of above 2200 km, between 1500 and 2200 km, and below 1000 km from the coal pithead, respectively.
