    選取主要農(nóng)作物固體廢棄物為研究對象,綜合考慮其熱力學(xué)特性以及成型設(shè)備工程技術(shù)參數(shù),對農(nóng)作物的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料與煤的能量學(xué)進行了比較研究。結(jié)果表明,對于秸稈類的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料,由于其生產(chǎn)耗能高,僅當煤從生產(chǎn)地到使用地之間的輸送距離超過4000 km時,此類固體廢棄物致密成型燃料與煤具有近似同等的能量競爭力;而對于果殼類的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料,其生產(chǎn)耗能較低,臨界輸送距離較短。當煤從生產(chǎn)地到使用地之間的輸送距離超過2200 km時,基于果殼類的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料比煤更有能量優(yōu)勢;當煤從生產(chǎn)地到使用地之間的輸送距離處于1500~2200 km時,基于果殼類的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料與煤具有近似同等的能量競爭力;當煤從生產(chǎn)地到使用地之間的輸送距離小于1000 km時,則基于果殼類的固體廢棄物致密成型燃料失去了能量優(yōu)勢。

    Abstract:

    Based on thermodynamic properties of agro-residues and engineering parameters related to briquetting equipment, the energetics of densification briquetting fuel from main agro-residues in China was compared with that of coal. The results indicated that energy required for producing densification briquetting fuel from agro-residues straw is so high that this type of briquetting fuel had similar energetically advantageous to coal for locations at a distance of above 4?000?km. In contrast, densification briquetting fuel from agro-residues husk consumed lower energy consumption and had a smaller critical transport distance. More specifically, densification briquetting fuel from agro-residues husk was found to be more energetically advantageous, similar energetically advantageous, and less energetically advantageous than coal for locations at a distance of above 2200 km, between 1500 and 2200 km, and below 1000 km from the coal pithead, respectively.
