    摘要:

    運(yùn)用熱力學(xué)理論建立了新型內(nèi)擺線單缸柴油機(jī)工作過程的數(shù)學(xué)模型，采用Matlab編制了計(jì)算程序,，對缸內(nèi)壓力,、溫度和平均指示壓力等主要性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了仿真研究。結(jié)果表明：所建模型能夠較好地模擬和預(yù)測新型內(nèi)擺線單缸柴油機(jī)性能,；新型內(nèi)擺線單缸柴油機(jī)活塞作簡諧直線運(yùn)動,，氣缸壓力高于傳統(tǒng)S195型柴油機(jī)，最高爆發(fā)壓力提高了5%,，平均指示壓力提高了10.7%,。說明新型內(nèi)擺線能量轉(zhuǎn)換機(jī)構(gòu)能夠改善內(nèi)燃機(jī)工作過程。

    Abstract:

    Mathematic model of the working process for new type hypocycloid single-cylinder diesel engine was built base on thermodynamic theory. And simulation for the pressure and temperature in cylinder, the mean effective pressure and so on, was performed in Matlab software. The results show that the model exactly predicts the performance of the new type hypocycloid single-cylinder diesel engine. The new engine has a higher cylinder pressure than the conventional S195 diesel engine. The maximum pressure and indicated mean effective pressure is improved by 5% and 10.7%, respectively. And the transformation mechanism of the new hypocycloid energy improves working process of the engine.
