    摘要:

    針對(duì)車用電控天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),,開發(fā)出電控點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)。為了客觀評(píng)價(jià)電控系統(tǒng)的點(diǎn)火能量和優(yōu)化電控點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng),,參照SAE J973—1999標(biāo)準(zhǔn),,設(shè)計(jì)出一套點(diǎn)火能量測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。采用穩(wěn)壓管串作為模擬負(fù)載,,通過數(shù)字示波器采集采樣電阻兩端的電壓信號(hào),然后進(jìn)行積分等運(yùn)算,,從而得到點(diǎn)火能量的準(zhǔn)確值,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,電控點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)的點(diǎn)火能量能夠被有效量化評(píng)價(jià),。對(duì)于JL465Q5型車用電控天然氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速低于2500 r/min時(shí),初級(jí)點(diǎn)火線圈的閉合時(shí)間為6 ms,;轉(zhuǎn)速在2500 r/min至5000 r/min時(shí),,閉合時(shí)間為3 ms;轉(zhuǎn)速高于5000 r/min時(shí),,閉合時(shí)間為

    Abstract:

    2 ms,。The electronic-controlled ignition system was developed for automotive engines fueled with compressed natural gas (CNG). In order to evaluate the spark energy of the electronic-controlled system and optimize the electronic-controlled ignition system, referring to SAE J973—1999 standard, the spark energy measurement system was developed. Taking Zener string as simulation load, the voltage across the sampling resistance was acquired on time by digital oscilloscope, then the exact value of spark energy was obtained by integral calculations. The results show that the spark energy can be evaluated quantitatively and effectively. For the electronic-controlled automotive CNG engine JL465Q5, when the engine speed is lower than 2500r/min, the optimized charge time of the primary ignition coil is 6ms; when the engine speed is between 2500r/min and 5000r/min, the optimized charge time of the primary ignition coil is 3ms; when the engine speed is higher than 5000r/min, the optimized charge time of the primary ignition coil is 2ms. 
