    摘要:

    設計的縱軸流式脫粒分離〖CD*2〗清選試驗臺以切流與縱軸流組合式脫粒分離裝置,、風篩式清選裝置為核心,,采用可組合的模塊化結構,,工作部件結構和運動參數的調整簡單,、方便,,可獲得多個工況下脫粒分離,、清選性能指標以及脫出物的分布規(guī)律,。試驗臺以工控機和信號采集卡作為硬件控制系統的核心,采用VC++編寫的測控軟件系統可以對試驗過程中工作部件的轉速,、頻率,、扭矩和功率等參數進行實時采集,、顯示、處理與分析,,為縱軸流聯合收獲機脫粒分離,、清選裝置等關鍵部件的設計提供了依據。

    Abstract:

    An axial threshing-separating-cleaning test-bed with easily adjustable working parts and parameters was developed based on the modularization design. The threshing-separating-cleaning index mark and the distribution of materials after rethreshing was acquired under different working conditions. With industrial computer and acquisition cards as control center, a measurement and control software were programmed to collect, display and analysis data of motional parameters such as rotational speed, vibration frequency, torque and power consumption, et al. The experiments on the test-bed can provide the data for the optimization of cleaning mechanism structure and working parameters for axial combine harvester.
