    摘要:

    為實(shí)現(xiàn)在線混藥式變量噴霧技術(shù),，設(shè)計(jì)了藥、水獨(dú)立存放混藥裝置,，差壓式流量計(jì),，流量控制閥，以及相應(yīng)的控制系統(tǒng),。應(yīng)用該系統(tǒng)對(duì)藥,、水分別進(jìn)行流量計(jì)量和對(duì)藥流量控制，達(dá)到變量噴霧的目標(biāo),。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,，流量計(jì)誤差在±2.0%以內(nèi)，藥流量控制誤差在±

    Abstract:

    3.0%以內(nèi),。This paper developed a mixing pesticide device, a differential pressure flow meter, and a flow metering valve, with the corresponding control system, to achieve variable rate spraying based on online mixing pesticide. Variable rate spraying was implemented by using the system to measure flow of water and pesticide, and control chemical flow in real time. The experimental results show that the errors of the flow meter are within ±2.0%, and the controlling errors of chemical flow are within ±3.0% in this system.
