    摘要:

    以550kV SF6高壓斷路器液壓操動機(jī)構(gòu)為研究對象,,分析了液壓機(jī)構(gòu)分合閘過程中的管道 損失和壓力波傳遞效應(yīng),,建立了管道損失和壓力波動分布參數(shù)模型,。對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了建模和仿 真,,討論了液壓機(jī)構(gòu)的管道特性及管道結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對系統(tǒng)分合閘性能的影響,。試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了仿真 結(jié)果,,證明了仿真模型的準(zhǔn)確性。

    Abstract:

    The 550kV high voltage circuit breaker with hydraulic operating mechanism is t aken as the investigation subject. The pressure loss in pipe and the pressure wa ve propagation in the process of opening and closing motion are analyzed. The mo del of the pressure loss in pipe and the model of the pressure wave distributed parameter are established. Simulation is carried out by using AMEsim software. The inf luence of the pipe characteristics and structure parameters on the system perfor mance is discussed. The simulation results are thought to be in accordance with the experiment results. It shows that the models are correct.
