    摘要:

    設(shè)計了基于藍(lán)牙技術(shù)的變量施肥機速度信號采集系統(tǒng),。該系統(tǒng)以光電編碼器為 測速傳感器,,ARM微處理器接收測速脈沖并計算出速度值,通過KC111適配器以藍(lán)牙(無線) 方式傳送,,藍(lán)牙USB適配器接收速度信號后傳送給變量施肥控制器,,完成施肥機速度信號采 集。試驗結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)最大誤差為292%,,能夠滿足變量施肥精度要求,,可以應(yīng)用到變量 施肥機測速系統(tǒng)中。

    Abstract:

    Measuring the ground speed is important for a variable rate fertilizer machine. Since the working environment is hard, the reliability and antijamming capa bility of the ground speed collecting system is poor. A ground speed collecting system for a variable rate fertilizer machine is developed based on Bluetooth. A n ARM microprocessor is used to receive input signals from the ground speed sens or, a photoelectric encoder set on one of the wheels of the machine. and calcula te the working speed. And then the working speed signals are transformed into th e Bluetooth signal format, and transmitted to variable rate fertilizer controlle r by the KC111 adapters. The maximum error of the test is 292%. It shows that the developed system is practical.
