    摘要:

    基于CFD技術建立了Hardi LB—255型果園風送式噴霧機霧滴沉積分布模型,。根據(jù)實測的噴霧機相關參數(shù)，確定了二維流場的邊界條件及模型參數(shù),，得到了約束條件下的霧滴沉積軌跡及不同層面上的沉積比率,。設計了與模擬條件相同的驗證試驗,，對模擬結果進行了驗證分析,。研究表明,，在距風扇中心小于240cm的區(qū)域內,，所建模型模擬結果能較準確描述霧滴沉積規(guī)律,。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the droplet distribution of air-assisted orchard sprayer, a model for Hardi LB—255 air-assisted sprayer was developed based on CFD technology. The 2-D boundary and the model variables were defined to correspond to the tested sprayer. The trajectory of air-assisted droplets and the distribution of droplets in different layers were simulated. The relative errors of simulated results could show the droplet distribution accurately with the range less than 240 cm from the fan. 
