    摘要:

    以深井泵葉片數(shù),、出口安放角,、出口寬度等7個因素,,每個因素取3個水平,,按L18(37)正交試驗方案,,設(shè)計了18副葉輪,。通過CFD技術(shù)對葉輪,、導(dǎo)葉在內(nèi)的兩級深井泵的全流場進(jìn)行了設(shè)計工況下的三維數(shù)值模擬,,獲得了18組設(shè)計方案的效率,、揚(yáng)程值,。通過正交試驗法探索了各幾何參數(shù)對效率、揚(yáng)程的影響規(guī)律,,并通過極差分析找到了影響這些性能的主要因素和次要因素,,根據(jù)優(yōu)選結(jié)果結(jié)合內(nèi)部流場測試及樣機(jī)試驗驗證對模型泵提出了進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案。本試驗結(jié)果對采用葉輪極大揚(yáng)程設(shè)計法的深井泵水力設(shè)計具有一定的參考價值,。

    Abstract:

    An L18(37) orthogonal experiment was designed with seven factors and three values including blades numbers, outlet angle, outlet width, etc. 18 impellers were designed totally. The two stages of whole flow field on deep well pump in the operating point for design was simulated by using CFD. The 18 groups of the design scheme for efficiency and head were obtained. Using Latin square test, the effect of geometrical parameters on efficiency and head were researched. The primary and secondary sequence of the design parameters were acquired by the method of variance analysis. According to the test result and optimization design with experimental research, an optimum program to further design was put forward. The result could be instructive to the design of the deep well pump, which was designed by the impeller head maximum approach.
