    摘要:

    空化監(jiān)測(cè)閾值的確定是對(duì)水泵空化狀態(tài)判別的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),,通過獲取某離心泵進(jìn)口聲壓和殼體振動(dòng)信號(hào),,對(duì)其在額定轉(zhuǎn)速1440r/min,,流量為90 ,、100,、110、120 m3/h的4種工況進(jìn)行空化模擬試驗(yàn)研究,?;诮y(tǒng)計(jì)理論,提出利用參考頻帶能量的峰值確定空化閾值的方法,。結(jié)果表明:在給定的參考的頻寬下,,試驗(yàn)測(cè)得的水聲信號(hào)和殼體振動(dòng)信號(hào)符合聲壓變化規(guī)律曲線,,即隨著空泡數(shù)的減小能量值先上升后下降。將試驗(yàn)得到的能量曲線峰值利用3σ原則確定其下限,,再降低3~5dB可作為空化閾值的參考,。隨著流量的增大,水聲信號(hào)在參考頻域能量的峰值先增大后減小,,其對(duì)空化的敏感性大大強(qiáng)于殼體振動(dòng)信號(hào),。

    Abstract:

    The determining of cavitation monitoring threshold is the key segment of distinguishing pump running state. A series of tests have been put into effect in a laboratory to simulate the cavitation, the signal of inlet sound pressure and enclosure vibration were acquired at 1440 r/min, flow rate at 90, 100, 110, 120 m3/h. The method to determine the cavitation monitoring threshold which based on statistic theory was posed by making use of reference frequency band energy. The results of cavitation experimental study showed that the inlet pressure sound and enclosure vibration signal of pump were followed uniformity by sound pressure rule at the reference frequency band, the energy value first rose then dropped along with cavity number diminishing;using 3σprinciple, the energy curve peak lower limit value was firstly acquired by the experiment, then the value of decreasing 3~5 dB was taken as the reference of cavitation threshold,;the reference frequency band energy peak value of sound pressure first rose then dropped along with the increase of flow rate, and its cavitation sensitivity is stronger than the vibration signal.
