    摘要:

    針對(duì)利用基于運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)控制方法的大負(fù)載、高質(zhì)心Stewart平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)某一姿態(tài)下的單自由度正弦振動(dòng)時(shí)將引起其他自由度上的耦合振動(dòng)問(wèn)題,,提出了一種在位置閉環(huán)控制條件下基于動(dòng)力學(xué)的振動(dòng)控制策略,。該控制策略利用動(dòng)力學(xué)模型所計(jì)算的各液壓缸出力控制平臺(tái)振動(dòng),,提高了控制精度,。最后利用Stewart平臺(tái)在15°俯仰姿態(tài)下對(duì)該方法進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,,通過(guò)比較運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)兩種控制方法的振動(dòng)響應(yīng),,表明提出的控制方法能夠有效抑制由負(fù)載引起的耦合振動(dòng),,實(shí)現(xiàn)了Stewart平臺(tái)在任意姿態(tài)下的精確振動(dòng)控制。

    Abstract:

    With heavy load and high center of gravity, the Stewart platform based on kinematics control strategy vibrated in one degree of freedom will cause the vibration in other degrees of freedom. To solve this problem, a vibration control strategy used in the position closed loop was presented based on the Stewart platform dynamics. According to this control strategy, the actuator force, calculated by the dynamics model, was used to control the platform vibration, and the control precision was improved. At last this vibration control strategy was validated with the Stewart platform in 15°pitch posture. Comparing the vibration response of the Stewart platform controlled by kinematics and dynamics respectively, the results showed that the proposed control strategy could reduce the coupling vibration caused by the platform load effectively, and could achieve the precise vibration control in any platform pose.
