    摘要:

    柴油機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)過程中,應(yīng)根據(jù)其在整車上的實(shí)際使用情況,有針對性地進(jìn)行優(yōu)化以提高動力性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性,。以某整車為例,,通過試驗(yàn)確定了汽車功率平衡方程并驗(yàn)證了其正確性,,然后在汽車功率平衡方程和柴油機(jī)萬有特性的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了整車的動力性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析,,發(fā)現(xiàn)該車在常用工況的功率利用率相對較低,經(jīng)濟(jì)性不佳,。進(jìn)行了噴油泵和增壓器的優(yōu)化匹配,,結(jié)果表明,該車在40~70km/h范圍內(nèi)100km油耗明顯降低,,其加速能力也有所提高。

    Abstract:

    In the common design of diesel engine, it’s necessary to optimize the engine in order to improve the dynamical characteristic and the fuel economic characteristic of the truck. The truck’s power balance equation was confirmed and verified by experiment,,the dynamical characteristic and the fuel economic characteristic were analyzed based on the power balance equation and universal characteristic of engine. The results showed that the power utilization and the fuel economic characteristic were poor in the common cases. The optimized turbocharger and fuel injection pump for the diesel engine showed that the fuel consumption of 100km was reduced at the speed of 40~70km/h, and accelerating ability was improved. 
