摘要:以北方典型多年生豆科牧草小冠花的匍匐型和直立型兩個新品系以及原始親本綠寶石小冠花(半匍匐型,為對照品種)的收割期莖稈為研究對象,,采用微機控制電子萬能試驗機和波欽諾克方法,,測試了莖稈的主要生物力學(xué)特性,。結(jié)果表明:直立型小冠花莖稈的抗拉強度最大(14.88~26.80MPa);匍匐型,、半匍匐型,、直立型小冠花莖稈平均最大載荷力分別為88.88N,、152.70N和187.10N,鮮樣纖維素平均質(zhì)量分數(shù)分別為13.59%,、13.87%,、15.52%,木質(zhì)素平均質(zhì)量分數(shù)分別為4.47%,、4.18%、3.95%,蛋白質(zhì)平均質(zhì)量分數(shù)分別為3.83%,、4.55%,、2.74%,并隨含水率的降低(或生育期增長),纖維素、木質(zhì)素,、蛋白質(zhì)的質(zhì)量分數(shù)均增大,。匍匐纏結(jié)牧草莖稈強度和剛度主要取決于纖維素、木質(zhì)素的質(zhì)量分數(shù)及其鏈接形式和排列方式,。新品系直立型小冠花木質(zhì)素/纖維素質(zhì)量分數(shù)比值較匍匐,、半匍匐型低,較易機械化收獲。Three kinds of stems in harvesting period, creeping type, erect crownvetch strain and half crawl type(Coronilla varial.) were chosen to perform the biomechanical nature of forage stems by the electronic testing machine CMT2502 and Х Н .Починок
