    摘要:

    通過單因素和L9(34)正交試驗(yàn)確定了超臨界流體萃取大豆異黃酮最佳萃取條件為:CO2流量8L/h,,靜萃取120min,,動(dòng)萃取60min,,每克脫脂豆粕的乙醇用量3mL,,萃取溫度55℃,萃取壓力30MPa,。借鑒固定床層吸附/脫附理論建立了萃取動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,,并采用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和試差法確定了模型參數(shù)kLa,確定參數(shù)后的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型較為精確地定量描述了萃取床層的溶質(zhì)分布,。

    Abstract:

    The optimal conditions of supercritical fluid extraction were obtained as follows, CO2 flow rate of 8L/h, static extraction time of 120min, dynamic extraction time of 60min, entrainer ethanol dosage of 3mL/g defatted soybean residues, extraction temperature of 55℃ and extraction pressure of 30MPa, by single factor test and four factors and three levels orthogonal design method. The kinetic model of supercritical fluid extraction accurately described the distribution of isoflavone genistin in the extraction bed was developed based on adsorption and desorption theory. The model parameter kLa was determined by BP neural network and trial and error method. 
