    摘要:

    在基于光學(xué)顯微鏡的微操作定位中,,為了克服顯微鏡頭在拍攝圖像過程中的視場(chǎng)狹小,、焦深短等問題,,綜合利用了基于梯度場(chǎng)的圖像清晰度評(píng)價(jià)方法和基于小波變換的圖像清晰度評(píng)價(jià)方法。將顯微鏡頭安裝在一維宏/微雙精度定位平臺(tái)上,,用以保證顯微鏡頭的運(yùn)動(dòng)精度,。為了防止系統(tǒng)聚焦于面積最大的背景部分,采用了僅對(duì)目標(biāo)區(qū)域進(jìn)行清晰度評(píng)價(jià)計(jì)算的方法,,保證系統(tǒng)僅對(duì)操作感興趣的目標(biāo)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)聚焦,。通過以上技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)定位機(jī)構(gòu)的全閉環(huán)反饋控制。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明:系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)和穩(wěn)定性能良好,,系統(tǒng)的響應(yīng)速度由0.3幀/s提高到3幀/s,,同時(shí)根據(jù)清晰度確定的空間位置關(guān)系還可以進(jìn)行防碰撞控制。

    Abstract:

    In order to avoid small field-of-view and limited depth-of-field of micro-vision, image definition based on gradient field and wavelet transformation was used. Microscope was set on the macro-micro dual-drive table in order to ensure the positioning precision. A selective focusing technique was developed to auto focus on the objects in different depth. Closed-loop feedback control was carried out. Experimental results showed that dynamic performance and stability of the system was satisfied, the response velocity of system increased from 0.3s-1 to 3s-1, meanwhile, collision-avoidance was executed according to vertical position relations computed by image definition.
