    摘要:

    對(duì)550kV超高壓斷路器液壓操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)中高速油缸的臺(tái)階型內(nèi)緩沖結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行仿真分析與試驗(yàn)研究,,提出了通過判別雷諾數(shù)來選擇緩沖過程中節(jié)流損失方程的建模方法,,結(jié)合CFD流場(chǎng)分析對(duì)其緩沖節(jié)流過程進(jìn)行了分階段建模,。仿真分析了油缸緩沖過程的壓力,、速度,、位移等動(dòng)態(tài)特性,,并與試驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,。結(jié)果表明,,仿真分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果吻合較好,,證明了建模方法的有效性與仿真模型的準(zhǔn)確性,,揭示了高速油缸緩沖過程的運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)理,指出了現(xiàn)有緩沖結(jié)構(gòu)峰值壓力和末速度過高的原因,,可指導(dǎo)臺(tái)階型內(nèi)緩沖結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,。

    Abstract:

    Cushion structure of high-speed cylinder of the 550kV high voltage circuit breakers was analyzed. The flow characteristics of the cushion structure were estimated by Reynolds number and a simulation model was built with the results of CFD analysis. Pressure, velocity and displacement characteristics of the cylinder were simulated. The simulation results and the test results were compared. It indicated that the simulation method was effective and the simulation model was accurate. Dynamic characteristics of the cushion process of high speed hydraulic cylinder were revealed, and reasons for high peak pressure and high end-velocity were pointed out. The proposed method could help the optimization of cushion structure. 
