    摘要:

    研究了壓電式高壓共軌噴油系統(tǒng)多次噴射過程中影響主噴油量波動(dòng)的因素,采用EFS IFR8420型單次噴射儀對(duì)預(yù)噴和主噴的油量及噴油速率進(jìn)行精確測(cè)量,,總結(jié)了主噴油量波動(dòng)的影響因素及其變化規(guī)律:預(yù)噴油量越小,、主預(yù)間隔時(shí)間越短,,主噴油量波動(dòng)幅度越大,,且隨著主預(yù)間隔時(shí)間的增加,,主噴油量呈周期性波動(dòng)且波動(dòng)幅度逐漸衰減,。通過試驗(yàn)確定了預(yù)噴產(chǎn)生的壓力波動(dòng)是導(dǎo)致主噴油量波動(dòng)的主要原因,,為后續(xù)的多次噴射控制策略的設(shè)計(jì)和主噴油量的壓力波動(dòng)修正提供了可靠的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    The research on factors affecting injection quantity fluctuation for main injection was performed. The experiment was conducted by measuring the fuel quantity and flow rate for pilot and main injection with EFS IFR8420. The factors influencing were given as follows: main injection quantity fluctuated remarkably with short dwell time and small pilot injection quantity, with increasing dwell time between pilot and main injection, main injection quantity fluctuated periodically and the fluctuation range attenuated gradually. It is concluded that the injection quantity fluctuation is caused by the fluctuation of rail pressure generated by the pilot injection. 
