    摘要:

    分析了現(xiàn)有裝載機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與液力變矩器功率匹配的特性,。根據(jù)裝載機(jī)液壓泵的工作情況,，把裝載機(jī)分為3種典型工況，建立了裝載機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與液力變矩器匹配多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型。建立了基于滿意度原理的滿意度函數(shù)，給出了解題步驟和方法。算例分析表明：基于滿意度原理的裝載機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與液力變矩器功率匹配方法優(yōu)化可行。

    Abstract:

    The no-rationality of the optimization of power matching on torque-converter with diesel engine for wheel loader was analyzed. Based on the hydraulic pump in accordance with the work of loaders, the loader was divided into three typical operating conditions. The satisfactory degree function in the optimization of power matching on torque-converter with diesel engine based on the generalized satisfactory degree theory was explored. Multi-objective optimization design of power matching on torque-converter with diesel engine was introduced, and the problem-solving steps and methods were given. The analysis shows that this method can improve the quality of the power matching.
