    摘要:

    闡述了水稻高速插秧機(jī)前插式直齒雙控制分插機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法和工作原理，建立了機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析模型，使用ADAMS軟件對(duì)該機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化和仿真,獲得了分插機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡和運(yùn)動(dòng)特性曲線,。結(jié)果表明該機(jī)構(gòu)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)插秧時(shí)秧爪所需的主要運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)目標(biāo),。

    Abstract:

    The design method and working principle of forward transplanting mechanism with spur gears was discussed, and the analytical model of mechanism kinematics was built. By using ADAMS, the motion simulation and optimization of transplanting mechanism were realized. At the same time, the motion trajectory and motion curves of transplanting mechanism were obtained. The result confirmed that the mechanism could meet the kinematic goals while transplanting.
