    摘要:

    基于介質(zhì)阻擋放電理論,,設(shè)計(jì)了低溫等離子體發(fā)生器,協(xié)同Na-Rh/γ-Al2O3負(fù)載型催化劑建立了低溫等離子體輔助催化(NPAC)系統(tǒng),。通過臺架試驗(yàn)研究了在NPAC技術(shù)作用下,,柴油機(jī)有害排放的變化規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:在NPAC技術(shù)作用下,,柴油機(jī)碳煙顆粒排放有效降低,,最高轉(zhuǎn)化效率接近58%;NOx排放總量明顯降低,,在中低負(fù)荷時(shí),,轉(zhuǎn)速3 600 r/min對應(yīng)的NOx轉(zhuǎn)化率比較高,最高達(dá)81.5%,;在高負(fù)荷時(shí),,轉(zhuǎn)速2 000 r/min對應(yīng)的NOx轉(zhuǎn)化率較高。

    Abstract:

    A non-thermal plasma reactor was designed based upon dielectric barrier discharge theory. The non-thermal plasma assisted catalyst system was established with a Na-Rh/γ-Al2O3 catalyst system. The experiment was carried out and the reduction of diesel engine harmful emissions had been investigated with NPAC technology. Results showed that the particulate matter was reduced effectively and the maximum of soot removal efficiency was around 58%. The NOx emission was decreased remarkably by NPAC system. Under the low load conditions, the speed of 3 600r/min was corresponding to higher NOx conversion, and the maximum conversion was around 81.5%. Under the high load condition, the speed of 2 000r/min showed higher NOx conversion. 
