    摘要:

    生物質(zhì)發(fā)電項(xiàng)目是我國近幾年興建較多的新能源項(xiàng)目,，隨著興建,、在建,、運(yùn)營的項(xiàng)目增多，構(gòu)建一個此類項(xiàng)目的評價體系對于其評估批準(zhǔn)興建,、運(yùn)營管理有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,。以模糊評價方法為主，結(jié)合層次分析法構(gòu)建了生物質(zhì)發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的評價體系,，并利用實(shí)例進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),、修正。結(jié)果證明該評價體系能夠?qū)ι镔|(zhì)發(fā)電項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行評價,，結(jié)論正確,。該評價體系構(gòu)建對生物質(zhì)發(fā)電項(xiàng)目興建、運(yùn)營管理決策起到有益作用,。

    Abstract:

    As a new energy project in recent years, biomass power generation is playing a significant role in social and economic life. Recent years, more and more biomass generation projects have been approved, however, some of them are suspending and some are suffering from running troubles. So, it’s very important to build an evaluation system for running and managing such projects. An evaluation system based on the fuzzy synthetic evaluation approach and AHP methods was established in this work, which had been testified effective in practical applications and can be taken as an advisable example of starting and running biomass power generation projects.
