    摘要:

    針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的微耕機(jī)田間試驗(yàn)受多種因素影響,,而室內(nèi)直線(xiàn)土槽無(wú)法進(jìn)行可靠性試驗(yàn),,設(shè)計(jì)了可連續(xù)作業(yè)的環(huán)形土槽微耕機(jī)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)。采用閉合式環(huán)形土槽及軌道,,實(shí)現(xiàn)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間循環(huán)作業(yè),。各功能臺(tái)車(chē)分開(kāi)布置,,臺(tái)車(chē)上、下部的六輪行走機(jī)構(gòu)及可轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的側(cè)輪支軸,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了臺(tái)車(chē)在軌道上平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行及順暢轉(zhuǎn)彎,。微耕機(jī)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)融合了上、下位機(jī)的自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)、多傳感器技術(shù),、無(wú)線(xiàn)通訊技術(shù),、園林灌溉技術(shù)等,實(shí)現(xiàn)了田間工況的重復(fù)模擬,,既可進(jìn)行性能試驗(yàn)又可進(jìn)行可靠性試驗(yàn),,并能夠?qū)ν寥缊?jiān)實(shí)度、土壤含水率,、微耕機(jī)扶手振動(dòng)及受力等10余項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)采集和處理,。

    Abstract:

    Traditional micro-cultivator field tests were restricted by many factors, and reliable tests in liner soil bins indoors could not be conducted; however, a new type of micro-cultivator testing platform was developed which could be performed continuously. The lengthy cyclic operations of the test platform were realized by adopting annular soil bins and closed-ended tracks. Functional trolleys were arranged individually so that they could walk steadily and swivel on six-wheeled walking mechanisms in the upper and lower trolleys, as well as the rotatable side wheel shaft. The platform merged upper and lower computer automatic controls, multi-sensors technology, wireless communication, gardens irrigation technology etc. Field conditions were simulated repeatedly. Performance and reliability experiments could both be carried out. More than ten parameters such as soil firmness, soil moisture, oscillation and forces of micro-cultivator handling etc. were collected, displayed and analyzed conveniently by the micro-cultivator testing platform. 
