    摘要:

    在9R-40型揉碎機(jī)上設(shè)計(jì)安裝徑向強(qiáng)制喂入裝置,，通過改變?nèi)嗨闄C(jī)主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、喂入輥轉(zhuǎn)速和喂入口處錘片形狀,，進(jìn)行揉碎機(jī)的性能試驗(yàn)。采用正交試驗(yàn)方法分析3個(gè)因素對(duì)揉碎機(jī)性能的影響,，得出了生產(chǎn)率的最優(yōu)組合參數(shù)為：揉碎機(jī)主軸轉(zhuǎn)速為2980r/min,、喂入輥轉(zhuǎn)速為267 r/min、錘片形狀是槽型錘片,。帶徑向喂入裝置的揉碎機(jī)與不帶喂入裝置,、采用人工喂料的原機(jī)對(duì)比試驗(yàn)表明，生產(chǎn)率提高了

    Abstract:

    30%左右,。In the course of the study, the radial feeding device of 9R-40 straw rubber was designed and installed. The experimental study on performance of straw rubber was carried out by going through alterring the rotational speed of spindle, the rotational speed of feeding roll and the shape of hammer in feeding mouth. By means of orthogonal experimental analysis, the best parameters of production rate were obtained. The rotational speed of spindle was 2980r/min, the rotational speed of feeding roll was267r/min and the shape of hammer was channel type. Based on the achievement, the production rate of 9R-40 straw rubber equipped with radial feeding device was improved by 30% comparied with original machine. 
