    摘要:

    根據(jù)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)及工作過程,,提出簡化分析發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻系統(tǒng)的若干假定,,在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用集總參數(shù)法建立發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控冷卻系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,;對(duì)一臺(tái)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算,,并進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,,結(jié)果表明該模型比較合理,,適用于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)傳熱計(jì)算;設(shè)計(jì)了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液溫度控制系統(tǒng)的控制策略,,并進(jìn)行控制仿真;在傳熱穩(wěn)態(tài)工況下,,進(jìn)行了冷卻系統(tǒng)的能耗優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),。

    Abstract:

    Some hypotheses were proposed to analyze engine cooling system according to its structure and operating process. Lumped parameter method was used to build a mathematical model for engine electronic-control cooling system on those hypotheses. Then simulation of engine warming up and experimental verification were implemented, and the results showed that the model was reasonable. Furthermore, numerical simulation of engine coolant temperature control system was conducted. Finally, optimal design method of energy consumption in the case of heat transfer steady state was discussed.
