    摘要:

    簡述了橢圓齒輪行星輪系蔬菜缽苗自動移栽機構(gòu),分析了該機構(gòu)的工作機理和結(jié)構(gòu)特點,,建立了該機構(gòu)的運動學(xué)模型,。基于Visual Basic 6.0開發(fā)了該移栽機構(gòu)計算機輔助分析與優(yōu)化軟件,,通過人機交互方式優(yōu)化出滿足蔬菜缽苗自動移栽機構(gòu)工作要求的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),,最后進(jìn)行了機構(gòu)三維建模與仿真,仿真結(jié)果與理論分析結(jié)果一致,。

    Abstract:

    A rotary transplanting mechanism with planetary elliptic gears used to transplant seedlings for automatic vegetable transplanter was described. Work principle and structural features of the mechanism were analyzed. The kinematics model was established. Based on Visual Basic 6.0, the software of aided analysis and parameters optimization for rotary transplanting mechanism were developed. Kinematics property was analyzed and simulated. Though conversations in human-computer, structural parameters of the transplanting mechanism were optimized and meet the demands of transplanting seedlings. Finally, 3-D mechanism model and simulation analysis were carried out, and the results of simulation accorded with theoretical analysis.
